It is imperative that one’s marketing effectively portrays the service to the customer. A way that this can be tested is through a “two-step” direct response marketing tool. I have created a tool that not only asks the clients what they are looking for, but also provides a short exercise that is theraputic, and represents what could be included in a Full HeARTs session. Even better is it can be done right at home, and if the user enjoys it enough they can subscribe for a discount and to learn more about the services offered!

    Seeing you send clients an exercise as an example of what they could receive in future subscription emails is a very good way to approach this project! It encourages me to think about ways I can offer things to my ideal clients.
